The River Mill is a totally unique, industrial style wedding venue with a laid back vibe. We’re set in a UNESCO World Heritage Site right on the bank of the river Derwent, which means we’re surrounded by amazing architecture, history and nature. The River Mill is the perfect blank canvas for any style of wedding, whether you want to dress it up for black tie or let the character to the talking and be totally laid back. We’re so proud of this space and our hard working team, so we’re offering some amazing All Inclusive Wedding Packages so we can share this with more lovely couples.
What’s on offer?
We’re offering All Inclusive Wedding Packages for all of our last remaining dates up until the end of 2025. You’ll be able to bring 40 guests in the day and 60 in the evening, with additional guests at an added cost (see below).
Monday – Thursday: £5500 inv VAT
Friday – Sunday: £6000 inc VAT
Extra Day Guests: £70pp inc VAT
Extra Evening Guests: £15pp inc VAT
Everything You’ll Get
- 11.00AM exclusive use venue hire: this includes our private dressing room, use of the outdoor seating area and use of the riverbank area for your photos.
- Drinks Package: One welcome drink, half a bottle of wine per person for your wedding breakfast and Prosecco for your speeches.
- Wedding Breakfast for 40 guests: Grazing Board main course up to the value of £35.00inc vat per person which includes tableware, napkins, cutlery, crockery and glassware.
- Evening Food for 60 Guests: Select from our Cobs on The Cobbles menu & marshmallows for toasting over our fire pits.
- Venue Props & Decorations: Decorative candles, wicker placemats, tea lights, lanterns, copper frame with neon sign, cake stand and cake knife.
- Experienced Event Manager: Your Event Manager shall meet with you in advance to plan your day, discuss your timings and ideas for your wedding.
- Complementary Taster: Attend a Taster Evening at The River Mill where you can meet the team, external suppliers & sample a selection of our menus.
- Evening DJ: Bliss Wedding DJ for your Evening Reception *Subject to availability*
